FAQ
Questions, answered.
What's the difference between Renew and Rescue?
Renew is your everyday cream — light, fast-absorbing, for keeping skin conditioned between sessions. Rescue is richer and more intensive, for days when skin is rough and over-worked. Most climbers keep both.
How does the refill system work?
Both Renew and Rescue come in an airless pump designed for refill cartridges. Refills are coming soon; when they arrive, you keep the dispenser and swap only the cartridge. Join our email list and we'll let you know when they're available.
Will it leave my hands greasy?
Renew sinks in fast and leaves nothing behind on your phone or keyboard. Rescue is richer by design: it settles in, and is comfortable under bandages or tape.
Are these tested on animals?
No. The New Zero is not tested on animals.
Are they vegan?
Rescue contains a milk-derived protein and isn't vegan. Renew contains no milk-derived ingredients. The full ingredient list for each is on its product page.
Is there fragrance?
Renew has a light citrus-and-herb scent from essential oils. Rescue is fragrance-free, because it goes on skin that's already split.
Where are they made?
Made in USA, with globally sourced ingredients.
How long do they last after opening?
Use within 12 months of opening. Store in a cool, dry place.
What's your return policy?
Unused, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. We send a prepaid USPS return label, and a flat $8.99 return-shipping fee is deducted from your refund. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund it in full, with no return-shipping fee. See Returns & Exchanges for the full terms.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the US only. Sign up for our newsletter to hear when that changes.
